Shipping & Returns

EASY SHIPPING & DESTINATIONS
All GamerGRL™ orders are shipped within the United States, Canada, UK, Australia & worldwide directly from our U.S.-based warehouse. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. All orders include a tracking number, and you will receive an email notification as soon as your package has shipped.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once shipped, most U.S. orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days. International orders may take 8-12 business days, depending on the destination and your local postal service.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after your order is placed. We are not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, including missing apartment or unit numbers. If your package is returned to us, you may request to have it resent and may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double-check your address before submitting your order.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (OUTSIDE THE USA)
International customers outside the United States are not charged sales tax at checkout. However, you may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged by your country’s border services. These fees vary by region and are not controlled by GamerGRL™. Please consult your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER
If 30 days have passed since your order was placed and you have not received it, please contact our support team at support@gamergrl.co. Delivery times for international orders depend on both U.S. carriers and your local postal service. Our team will open a support ticket to investigate the status of your shipment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment queue immediately and cannot be canceled. You may return the package once it arrives, following the return instructions below.
REFUNDS
If you received your order and would like a refund, you must send it back within 7 days of delivery, at your own expense. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all tags. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Packages sent to any other address will not be considered returned.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, you must send it back within 7 days of delivery, at your own expense. Please include a note specifying the new size you would like. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement size at no additional charge. All exchanges must be sent to the same return address listed above.
UNCLAIMED & RETURNED PACKAGES
If your package is unclaimed or returned to us due to delivery issues, you will receive an email notification. You may choose to have the order resent (additional shipping may apply), or request a refund of the product cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
